The brass stop valve is the closed valve moving along the valve seat center line. According to the valve flap, the change of the valve seat opening is directly proportional to the stroke of the valve disc. Because the valve stem opening or closing stroke of this stop valve is relatively short, and has a very reliable cut-off function, and because of the change of the valve seat opening and the stroke of the valve flap is positively proportional relationship, it is very suitable for the flow adjustment. Therefore, this type of valve is ideal for use as a cut or adjustment as well as throttling.

Application of brass globe valve products:

Brass stop valve is mainly used for cutting off medium, regulating and throttling. Due to the small stroke between the valve flap and the switch is small, the sealing surface can withstand multiple opening and closing, which is suitable for occasions requiring frequent opening and closing. The operating medium of the stop valve is water, oil, gas, etc. Operating temperature is-10℃ t 120℃, and the nominal pressure is 1.6MPa.

1. Pipe thread connecting the stop valve, installation should make the pipe and the end of the valve body vertical, and pull the clamp on the same side of the hexagon or octagonal parts, should not be pulled in the other end of the hexagonal or octagonal parts, DN15, DN2O installation torque distance is not more than 50M.m, DN25 installation torque distance shall not be greater than 70N.m, so as not to cause the valve body deformation or affect the opening.

2. During the installation, the sealing materials should be kept clean and clean.

3. The degree circle on the flange stop valve should be matched with the size of the pipe flange in the same. The pipe center of both ends should be perpendicular to the two flange plane of the valve body, otherwise the valve body will be distorted and deformed.

4. When the stop valve connecting the pipe thread is connected with the thread of the pipe end, the internal thread can be conical tube thread or cylindrical pipe thread, but the outer thread must be conical tube thread, otherwise it is easy to lead to a tight connection and leakage

5. During installation, the flow direction of the medium is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the valve body.

6. Hand-wheel-operated stop valves can be installed anywhere in the pipe.

7. The soft sealing stop valve is sealed by PTeflon material, and the hard sealing stop valve is sealed by the same material itself (in metal).
