Function

5. The opening and closing moment is small. When the gate valve opens and closes, the gate movement direction is perpendicular to the medium flow direction. Compared with the stop valve, the opening and closing of the gate valve saves effort.

6. The flow direction of the medium is not restricted, without disturbance or pressure. The medium can flow in either direction on both sides of the gate, which can achieve the purpose of use, and is more suitable for the pipeline where the flow direction of the medium may change.

7. Good sealing performance, and the sealing face erosion is small when fully open. The valve sealing surface of the gate valve has the self-sealing capacity, and its valve core closely contacts with the valve seat sealing face by the medium pressure, to achieve the tight without leakage.
