1. According to the processing requirements, some parts need to be polished, the surface should not have machining burrs, and the grease of all parts should be removed.
2. After degreasing, pickling and passivation is carried out, and the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus. After acid cleaning, rinse with pure water, and there should be no drug residues. This step is omitted for carbon steel parts.
3. Dry the parts one by one with non-woven fabric, do not leave the surface of the parts such as wool, and do not dry them with clean nitrogen.
4. Use non-woven fabric or precision filter paper dipped in analytical pure alcohol to wipe the parts one by one until there is no stain.
Daily maintenance
1. Pay attention to the storage environment of the valve. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated room with both ends closed. The valve should be inspected regularly, and the dirt on it should be removed, and anti-rust oil should be applied to its surface.
2. After the valve is installed and used, it should be checked regularly to ensure its normal operation. Check whether the valve sealing surface is worn, and repair or replace it according to the situation.
3. Check the stem trapezoidal thread and stem nut for wear, outdated packing, and replace if necessary.
