The operating environment of the regulating valve is not good, so failures will inevitably occur during use. It is necessary to carry out certain maintenance and repair of the regulating valve. The main contents of the daily maintenance of the pneumatic regulator valve are as follows:
(1) Check the inner wall of the valve body to check its pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
(2) Valve seat, due to the penetration of the medium, the inner surface of the screw used to fix the valve seat is easy to corrode, and the valve seat is loose, please pay attention when checking; when the pressure is high, please check whether the sealing surface of the valve seat is impacted.
(3) The valve body, all parts of the valve body are not corroded or worn, especially in the case of high pressure difference, it is necessary to carefully check and pay attention to the more serious wear of the valve body. In addition, please check whether the valve stem also has the same phenomenon, whether the connection with the valve body is loose, etc.
(4) Diaphragm, O-ring, and other gaskets, check for aging and damage.
(5) Check the aging and drying of the sealing PTFE packing and sealing grease, and whether the joint surface is damaged.
